Our return policy is good for 14 days after you receive your item(s). If set time passes since your receiving , unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Pack the item securely. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Please insert our return slip inside the package.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx or Canada Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated by our customer service representatives.
- You can expect a refund or replacement within 7 days of us receiving your returned item(s). Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
- Please note that we do not accept late returns. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Madison Beau reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
- You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
- We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, or marked “Sale.” ALL tags must be attached with no signs of tampering. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Madison Beau reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
- Item(s) not meeting our return guidelines
Similarly, Madison Beau reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Madison Beau items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for returns.
