  • How much is shipping?
    • We use standard shipping for all orders, prices vary from country to country. The cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Shipping cost is subject to change depending on promos.
    • All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Tampa Fl unless otherwise stated on the product description.
    • If there is a FREE SHIPPING promo active, FREE shipping does not apply to exchanges or returns. The shipping cost for an exchange/return is 4.99
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered and which country you are in. 
    • For domestic orders (within USA) processing time is 24 hours. Once processed a tracking number becomes available, please allow around 3 business days for the items to be delivered unless otherwise stated in the products description.
    • For international shipments, please allow processing times of up to 3 days upon receipt of your order, where a tracking number will be provided afterwards. Delivery times vary from country to country however we always try to pick the quickest option available.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Tracking numbers are sent out automatically 24 to 48 hours after an order is made. If for whatever reason you didn't receive yours, please contact and we will be sure to send you one.
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most of the time this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 1-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
        If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • What is your refund policy?
      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order; just follow the guidelines listed in our Returns page.
        We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
      • Returned items must meet the requirements stated in our  Returns page. 
      • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived after 1 week (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 14 days of receiving your order.  Thank you for your understanding!
      • If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact our customer service immediately, or using our Facebook page messaging feature, we usually respond to inquiries Monday to Friday during the hours of 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard time. We will file a claim with the carrier and either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
